The Glacier Challenge

The Glacier Challenge is a 6-leg multi-sport relay covering 50 miles of beautiful Montana terrain in the Flathead Valley. Racers enter as individuals, partners, and teams [up to 7 people] both recreationally and competitively in one of the most anticipated events of the year. The race includes a 10k run, 5k run, canoe, kayak, road bike, and mountain bike. At the finish line, we celebrate with Qdoba's naked chicken bar, beer from Great Northern Brewing Company, raffle prizes, and an award ceremony. A Friday night Pre-Race Party is open to the community to bring a blanket, grab a bite at one of the food vendors on hand, grab a beer from GNBC, and hang out on the grass to the funky tunes of 20 Grand. Racer packet pick up will take place on the same evening.
This year's race is themed, 'The Wild West is about to get a Whole Lot WILDER!' with a western costume contest and tent decorating prize. There will be pony and wagon rides for the kids and more.
