Ladies Night at Southgate Mall Saturday 4-6pm.
The Trail Head T9 will be hosting two mini yoga sessions. 1st class at 4:30 second at 5:15. At the end of each class we will be giving away a Prana Yoga Mat, along with free gift with participation. Don't miss this evening of pampering and fun!
