2nd Annual Butchering Demonstration

Join us for the 2nd Annual Burns Street Bistro and Hellgate Hunters and Anglers Butchering Demonstration!!!

Due to an overwhelming amount of interest from last year's event, we're offering another evening of libations, great food and an in-depth butchering demonstration.  This is more than just another sausage making party!

The chefs at Burns St. Bistro will discuss how to prepare and turn the toughest cuts of meat into culinary perfection. Burns St. Bistro will be catering a variety of delicious apps and a seasonal brew will be provided in the ticket price.
