PREMIER NORDIC TUNE:
· Repair base damage with p-tex, core shots extra (determined on inspection)
· Machine edge to clean/smooth side edge
· Belt grind to smooth out base and clean/smooth base edge
· Stone grind if possible to flatten and introduce fresh structure to ski base
· If stone grind is not possible, machine fibertex after sanding to align existing base structure
· Deburr edges, detune tips and tails if desired
· 1 coat universal wax, scraped and brushed
· Hot box treatment for optimal wax penetration
· Extra coats of progressively harder wax recommended for optimal performance ($8/coat)
