If you’re like most of us–wish you could ski only powder, ski whatever you get–you’ll love this innovative all-mountain board. It’s designed for the soft stuff, but it’s still quick and nimble, even on a bump run. The camber makes it easy to turn, and the long, rockered  tip helps the ski stay on top of the snow whether you’re skiing or skinning.

The Tonic’s magic dimensions combine beautifully with G3’s JoyRide package. The Tonic was designed by Francois Sylvain, who previously has worked with Line, Karhu, and K2. G3’s new JoyRide technology combines 3 innovative design features that work synergistically to create a highly advanced freeride ski. The JoyRide technology delivers skis that have a relaxed yet stable feel allowing skiers to efficiently and freely dump vertical and easily maneuver through variable terrain and big mountain conditions.

Joyride Construction features an early tip rise, so it feels slightly shorter underfoot, but has a reduced mass in the shovel to reduce flutter. According to G3 the Dual Density Sidewall incorporates a thin layer of viscoelastic material, a blend of ABS and TPU, so the ski gives a quiet ride.

The Tonic floats effortlessly in powder due to its early tip rise and reduced camber underfoot. It also turns easily and predictably. The low mass tip makes the ski balanced fore and aft and a dual density sidewall means the high speed jitters and nervousness of other skis in variable snow conditions is a thing of the past.
